  • Grew up on a dairy & beef farm in Beresford, SD
  • Joined the staff in 1982
  • Marlene became a Grandma July 13, 2006 to Charlie Girl.  And another one's on the way!

Sara Iott, R.V.T.

  • Technician
  • Attended National American University:
    Degrees: Vet Tech in 2000 and Management in 2001
  • Grew up on a small farm in Ward, SD
  • Enjoys working with her horses and rodeoing
  • Joined our staff in 2002
  • Inspired by her Grandma Betty Scofield.
  • Became a veterinary technician because she likes to work and help with animals and to be outdoors.

Tiffany Van Engen, R.V.T.

  • 2007 Graduate of Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology
  • Grew up in Hudson, South Dakota
  • Family consist of her husband Chad and her dogs Brutus, Veda, and Jasper
  • Enjoys being outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and riding horse

Loretta Den Besten

  • Grew up in Hills, MN
  • Enjoys riding horses, spending time with her family, and boating
  • Joined our staff in 2006

  • Family: Mom-Bev, Dad-Ken, Brother-Richard
  • Pets: "CoCo", 17 yr English Springer Spaniel; "Madison" 8 yr Calico Cat
  • Most proud of being the first granddaughter to graduate from college
  • Inspired by her Mom & Dad

  • Future plans: Getting married Sept. 2009 and adopting a puppy this spring

  • Grew up in God's Country (Iowa)
  • Graduated Iowa State University
  • Husband Steve; children Emilie, Katie, and Elle; three granddaughters
  • Enjoys horseback riding with the grandkids, rodeo, and camping
